Kaiviti Motel is walking distance to town, the main supermarket (Au Bon Marche Nambatu) and the local market for organic fresh fruit and vegetables.

We have weekly and twice-weekly cleaning options for longer stays (five nights or more).

"Have just spent a week at Kaiviti Motel. Loved every minute. Very convenient to shops, cafes, markets, restaurants, and the waterfront esplanade in Port Villa. The pool is great as is the cafe adjacent to the pool. But the best part about it is the staff. Alecia is the young manager of this family-run business, and she could not have been more helpful and accommodating, bending over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay, and giving us heaps of local tips on what to see and do. I will definitely be staying here again."

"The internet was nicely set up and ready to be used, that for me was a breakthrough as we did not have a good experience with (another venue) the last time we had an actual conference meeting! The space was accommodating and the staffs were super helpful. Thank you"

"Wonderful Service. The staff at Kaiviti we’re fantastic. Our flight was cancelled and the hotel manager went above and beyond to organise an extra night accommodation for our group of 10 at other hotels (because they were fully booked). The facilities are great and clean and having a kitchen helped to save costs. It’s also really well located being only a 2 minute walk to the closest supermarket."

"Great Motel - Highly Recommended. Very pleased and happy with all service and the staff all around. Was great place to re-group.Will recommend to any and everyone seeking to visit Port Vila and or friends etc that are around.
